Presidential immunity is the concept that a sitting president of the United States has both civil and criminal immunity for their official acts.[a] Neither civil nor criminal immunity is explicitly granted in the Constitution or any federal statute.[1][2] However, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in Trump v. United States (2024) that all presidents have absolute criminal immunity for official acts under core constitutional powers, presumptive immunity for other official acts, and no immunity for unofficial acts. The court made this decision after former President Donald Trump claimed absolute immunity from being investigated for any crimes committed while in office. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presidential_immunity_in_the_United_States (more)

The United States government classification system is established under Executive Order 13526, the latest in a long series of executive orders on the topic of classified information beginning in 1951.[1] Issued by President Barack Obama in 2009, Executive Order 13526 replaced earlier executive orders on the topic and modified the regulations codified to 32 C.F.R. 2001. It lays out the system of classification, declassification, and handling of national security information generated by the U.S. government and its employees and contractors, as well as information received from other governments.[2] The desired degree of secrecy about such information is known as its sensitivity. Sensitivity is based upon a calculation of the damage to national security that the release of the information would cause. The United States has three levels of classification: Confidential, Secret, and Top Secret. Each level of classification indicates an increasing degree of sensitivity. Thus, if one holds a Top Secret security clearance, one is allowed to handle information up to the level of Top Secret, including Secret and Confidential information. If one holds a Secret clearance, one may not then handle Top Secret information, but may handle Secret and Confidential classified information... The United States government classifies sensitive information according to the degree to which the unauthorized disclosure would damage national security. The three primary levels of classification (from least to greatest) are Confidential, Secret, and Top Secret.[17][18][19][20] However, even Top Secret clearance does not allow one to access all information at, or below, Top Secret level. Access requires the clearance necessary for the sensitivity of the information, as well as a legitimate need to obtain the information.[21] For example, all US military pilots are required to obtain at least a Secret clearance, but they may only access documents directly related to their orders. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classified_information_in_the_United_States
The People of the State of New York v. Donald J. Trump was a criminal case against Donald Trump, the 45th president of the United States. Trump was charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records with the intent to commit or conceal another crime, relating to payments made to pornographic film actress Stormy Daniels to ensure her silence about an alleged sexual encounter between them.[a] The Manhattan District Attorney (DA) accused Trump of falsifying these business records with the intent to violate federal campaign finance limits, unlawfully influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election, and commit tax fraud... Rather than paying Stormy Daniels, the National Enquirer editor-in-chief Dylan Howard negotiated a $130,000 non-disclosure agreement between Daniels and Michael Cohen. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prosecution_of_Donald_Trump_in_New_York (more)

Edward Charles Francis Publius de Bono (19 May 1933 – 9 June 2021)[1] was a Maltese physician and commentator. He originated the term lateral thinking, and wrote many books on thinking, including Six Thinking Hats... The originator of the term 'Lateral Thinking', de Bono wrote 85 books with translations into 46 languages.... Convinced that a key way forward for humanity is a better language, he published The Edward de Bono Code Book in 2000. In this book, he proposed a suite of new words based on numbers, where each number combination represents a useful idea or situation that currently does not have a single-word representation. For example, de Bono code 6/2 means "Give me my point of view and I will give you your point of view." Such a code might be used in situations where one or both of the two parties in a dispute are making insufficient effort to understand the other's perspective. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_de_Bono
